Then come and join us at Whimsical Characters, where each guest will decorate yummy desserts where the theme is chosen by the guest of honour. Each guest will be introduced to the very popular hobby of sugar art creation for cakes, cupcakes, cookies, donuts, chocolate bars, etc

Tell Me More About the Baby Shower Party:

This decorating party is recommended for adults who want to celebrate their special event with friends and family.

The focus of the party will be to create sugar art masterpieces with an baby theme including booties, rattles, teddy bears, etc.

The price is $325 per party and includes:

  1.  Up to 9 people 

  2.  $30 per guest (additional) if you want more than 9 guests to attend (maximum 15 guests in total)

  3.  Each party is up to 3 hours long

  4.  All materials (fondant, buttercream, sprinkles and everything sweet) and tools are included to make 4 decorated cupcakes,  cookies, donuts or chocolate bars

  5. Take home containers

  6.  Goody bags for each guest

  7.  Whimsical Characters invitations

There is no baking involved so the guests will spend the time unleashing their imagination to create masterpieces

Due to COVID-19, all parties are being offered through a virtual platform.  Guests should have (video) access and internet

At Whimsical Characters, we believe in giving back to our great community.  A donation from each party will be given to Stedman Hospice and the Brant County SPCA

How Far in Advance Should I Book?

As availability tends to fill up quickly, our recommended booking window is at least three (3) weeks prior to your event date.

What is the Payment, Re-Schedule and Cancellation Policy?

Once a date and time has been confirmed with Whimsical Characters, there is a 50% non-refundable deposit (retainer) required to secure your booking.  The outstanding balance is due 7 calendar days prior to the event.  If the balance is not received within the 7 calendar days prior to the event, the 50% deposit (retainer) is non-refundable.

Please make sure you double check your availability before booking your party as we are unable to offer a refund for cancellations.

You may also reschedule the party however, rescheduling less than 30 calendar days prior to the event may result in deposit forfeiture and/or an additional charge to cover expenses incurred.   

In the unlikely event a class is cancelled by Whimsical Characters, a full refund will  be given.
